How to Edit in Treasury PRC Package DSC 2001 Pay Fixation in RPS 2015 Preparion

RPS, 2010 lo 12years పూర్తయ్యాక SPP-IA ఇస్తున్నపుడు Next promotion post scale minimum కన్నా 2 increments తక్కువ ఉండడం వలన 2 increments benifit తో promotion post లోని minimum scale లో fixation చేశారు next AGI 12months  తర్వాత ఇచ్చారు. 

RPS, 2015 లో SPP-IA fixation చేస్తున్నప్పుడు next promotion post scale దాటి ఉన్నారు కాబట్టి FR 22a(i) read with FR 31(2) ప్రకారం 1 increment  తో 30580 లో fixation చేస్తూ Next AGI సాదారణ increment date అయిన 1.7.2014  రోజున Increment ఆరోజున (1.7.2014)  31,460/- అవుతుంది Next AGI 1.7.2015. January appointed Previously pre-pone increment to July month

DSC 2001 వారి RPS 2015 fixation Treasury PRC Package లో చేస్తుంటే To be drawn లో RPS, 2015 లో July, 2014 రోజున Increment తో 31,460/- వచ్చినపుడు అదేవిదంగా Already Drwan లో కుడా Increment కల్పుకుని 15,280 గా వస్తుంది, మనం ఇప్పుడు మన అభ్యర్తన మేరకు Treasury వారు PRC Modifications అవకాశం కల్పించారు. దీనిని ఉపయోగించుకుని July,2014 నుండి December 2014 వరకు 15,280 గా ఉన్న Already Drawn Pay ని ప్రతి నెల14,860 కి మార్చాలి. ఎలా మార్చాలో క్రింద imagesతో వివరించాను. 

మొత్తం మార్చడం పూర్తయ్యాక Back ఆప్షన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేసి PRC ఆప్షన్ లో PRC Details Entry & Report  పైన క్లిక్ చేసి Fixation Arrears paina Click చేసి www.putta.in లో నుండి DSC 2001 PRC Fixation software Download చేసుకున్న file తో ఒకసారి  సరి చూసుకుని ok గా ఉంటె Bill Preparation పైన క్లిక్ చేసి Bill Submit చేయండి. 

ఇదే విదంగా ఆగుస్ట్ నెలకి గాని తదుపరి నెలలకు గతములో ఇంక్రిమెంట్ ప్రిపోన్ చేసుకున్న వారు కూడా ఇదెవిదముగా ఆయానెలలో  పెరుగుదల ఉంటుంది. వీరు ఆయా నెలల నుండి Actual గా 15,280 Draw చేసిన ముందు నెల వరకు Edit చేయండి.
